Flickr built it’s reputation and user base by creating a truly great social photography site.

Has it turned it’s back on the community it created?

Today Flickr unveiled their latest feature: Video uploads.

Photographs and Video sit side by side. There is no distinction, no filter, videos are integrated into the experience in exactly the same way photos are.

This is an incredibly brave move by Flickr.
