The Movember Brothers of Team Kyan
The last week and half have been, well … itchy. We here at castle Kyan love a good cause, and this years Movember presented us with the perfect opportunity to get everyone involved by grooming their moustaches. Well, almost everyone. For some of us, it means shaving for the first time in a few years. For others it means not shaving for the first time a few years. For everyone, it means becoming a little bit more of a gentlement.
Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, the Movember Brothers of Team Kyan.
The origins for our interest in this special month date back to almost exactly year ago, when one of our esteemed directors, was involved in a ketchup related accident at one of Guildfords finest Pubs, the details of which our a closely guarded secret, known only to Kyan soldiers. Anyway, that is another story for another day, suffice to say, Gavin was requested (very politely) to loose the beard, but keep the moustache.
This year, with Gavin as team captain, the Mo Brothers of Kyan are all growing our Moustaches in support of prostate cancer awareness. The task is simple. Each Bro must start the month of November clean shaven. Each Bro must groom his Moustache for the entire month of November. There must be no connecting of the Mo to the sideburns. The Mo must not connect at the chin. Each Bro participating must conduct himself like that of a true gentlemen.
Movember is all about having a good time, but, if any of you kind supporters of good causes wish, the Movember Foundation have made it really easy to donate and help support this extraordinary cause. So, if anyone drops by the office this month, please don’t be alarmed by all the whiskers on show, we haven’t gone completely loopy … yet.
