We're looking for a creative thinker who loves to collaborate across the disciplines of engineering, analytics, marketing and design to deliver the best product solutions within budget.
Working in the delivery team and with your clients you will be responsible for successful delivery of digital products and their releases. You will need to understand and document the product specifications, project requirements, define the key project milestones and ensure those deadlines are met efficiently.
Key areas of responsibility
- Product Strategy and Vision
- Work across client and the agency teams to scope, create and launch successful digital products
- Review proposals with the Technology Leads to understand client goals and requirements for the product
- Create the product roadmap
- Product Development
- Be responsible for documenting and tracking the evolving product requirements
- Manage the product backlog
- Undertake functional testing and work with the Testing team to ensure that the functionality delivered matches Client requirements
- Remove blockers during project delivery to protect the Development team and make sure they are able to be as efficient as possible
- Request, book, and manage resources based on Client requirements
- Research & Analysis
- Analyse data and customer feedback to make informed decisions about product enhancements
- Review market trends to support the product roadmap
- Communications
- Foster an open and honest relationship with the Client
- Ensure alignment between the Client, and the Development team
- Create and report burndown on all projects
- Take part in the daily standups and scrum ceremonies (sometimes as lead)
- Run retros and report feedback to the wider delivery team
- Agency reporting
- Report on project revenue
- Support in agency invoicing

- The ability to build positive relationships with the client and the wider team

- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Attention to detail and budget management
- Experience of the digital product delivery process
- The willingness to learn, note and develop expertise in a client's sector
- The ability to prioritise multiple workflows alongside and together with the needs of the wider agency
- The ability to remain positive and calm in times of pressure
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital agencies
- Technically savvy
- Experience working in an Agile environment across multiple digital applications (web / mobile / app)
- Ideally have experience with Jira & Confluence
