Established for over 20 years and based in the heart of Surrey, Squires Kitchen International School is the leading Independent School of Cake Decorating and Sugarcraft in the UK.
Squires wanted to expand the amount of people taking their popular courses in cookery and cake decoration, and decided that a revised website was a key factor in increasing signup.

The challenge
Squires Group asked us to re-develop the Squires Kitchen website with a focus on usability and to actively increase the numbers of online course bookings.
The solution
Using Cake PHP as the development framework, we combined modern typography with mouth watering photography to create a clean and elegant layout, with a restrained colour palette.
The result
It is a testament to the quality of their courses that they are now being fully booked, but we also like to think that we have played a small part in this success.
Working with your existing technology
While Squires came to us for our expertise in web, they already had an in-house technical team. Working together we drew up blueprints for the new Squires website and settled on a choice of Cake PHP for the framework.
