The Role

Our people are at the heart of the agency's success. Your responsibilities will cover staff relations, development, recruitment, and retention, and your goal will be to unlock the potential of every Kyan employee.

You will be responsible for creating and managing talent attraction and acquisition across the agency. You will ensure a pipeline of talent for future resourcing needs, attend key industry events, draft and project manage all recruitment briefs.

  • Team building events: lunches/drinks/dinners/trips
  • Booking on site training and speakers for the team
  • Activities for the team

You'd be working directly with the CEO, and have access to support from the office manager, finance manager & events manager to enable you to build an amazing digital team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of recruiting for a variety of roles in a digital or social agency. Experience of networking, managing end-end recruitment processes and a proven ability to work in a fast paced environment are essential.
