Bellrock

Group brand strategy and website

Having grown rapidly through the acquisition of many products and property services businesses, Bellrock's brand and identity had begun to feel fragmented and not optimised for modern digital standards and its website portrayed a disjointed mix of sub-brands across the Group's offering. This created a disconnect between internal teams, services, and customers, resulting in missed opportunities for cross-selling and brand awareness.

The Big Idea

Together, we articulated a new essence: Simple Intelligence, which represents Bellrock‘s ability to turn complex property challenges into clear, actionable insights through data and expertise.

From this foundation, we built a new master brand supported by a family of product brands, each distinct, but visually and strategically aligned under the Bellrock umbrella. Legacy service brands were retired, bringing clarity to the Group‘s structure and strengthening Bellrock‘s position as the trusted challenger in the property sector.

At the heart of the new brand identity is the Bellrock Lighthouse. Inspired by a top-down view of the lighthouse off the coast of Scotland, the new logo symbolises trust, unity and guidance, a nod to Bellrock‘s heritage and a beacon for its future. The balanced, symmetrical form embodies simplicity and confidence, while its refined edges bring warmth and approachability.

Results

Kyan delivered a full rebrand across logos, colour palette, typography, photography and data visualisation, all captured in a scalable set of brand guidelines that will support future growth and new acquisitions. The project culminated in the launch of bellrock.co.uk. The site showcases Bellrock‘s comprehensive range of services and products, providing a marketing platform that tells their story, enhances their digital brand awareness and supports the future growth of the business.
