Bespoke kitchens. Bespoke proposals.

Kitchen Architecture's design managers built every client quote by hand from raw files. Cover sheets varied from salesman to salesman. The proposals didn't yet have quite the beautiful personal touch that their actual kitchens did.

Making quotes as bespoke as the kitchens they propose
Turning their catalogue language into prose a client can actually emote with was a big gap. Kyan created an AI automation pipeline that drafts sumptuous copy and even translates technical language and jargon into specifications that customers can understand and buy.
Beyond the creative layer the AI took care of the numbers too. VAT, discounts, deposits and the house commercial rules.

Nothing reaches a client without the human touch
Kyan's tool defines and designs the whole quote: cover sheet, tidied product lines, installation broken out, pricing controls ready.
The Kitchen Architecture design manager sees every proposed change on-screen and adds in the nuance for each customer to ensure it has the same human touch the buyer expects from their kitchen.
Working together, out comes a branded, print-ready PDF and a save file, so a quote can be picked back up months later for amendments without starting again.
