Yeo Valley set out to revamp their marketing site and loyalty platform, moving away from a legacy WordPress site to a slick headless CMS and new robust loyalty platform
Yeo Valley's website was complex, confusing, and not user-friendly. They needed to shift their high-value Yeokens loyalty platform to a more stable system and bring their various experiential offerings under one cohesive brand umbrella. On top of that, they were rolling out a new brand identity with fresh logos and packaging.

The Challenge
Yeo Valley's website was complex, confusing, and not user-friendly. They needed to shift their high-value Yeokens loyalty platform to a more stable system and bring their various experiential offerings under one cohesive brand umbrella. On top of that, they were rolling out a new brand identity with fresh logos and packaging. The task was to streamline everything, making it intuitive and engaging for users while maintaining the essence of the brand.


The Big Idea
We went all in on a full marketing site overhaul, using a component-based design and page builder tools that put power back in Yeo Valley's hands. We created simple, direct user journeys and integrated a fresh brand design. Plus, we aimed to supercharge the Yeokens loyalty journey and roll out a loyalty app to keep users hooked and engaged.

The Results
Yeo Valley is on track to become a top player in the FMCG loyalty rewards game. The new platform brings together their marketing site and loyalty experience under one unified, brand-consistent system — delivering 2 million page views per month, over 4 million points awarded, and more than 230,000 rewards claimed.
