A working product, not a presentation
Most AI engagements end with a slide deck. The 20 Day AI Sprint ends with something you can actually run. In 20 days we go from discovery to a working AI product, validated against your real workflows, integrated with your existing systems and already delivering value.
Rapid, practical and a proven first step into AI-driven transformation. Not theory. Not strategy documents. A working thing that moves the business forward.

The 4-week plan
The sprint is structured across 4 distinct phases, each building on the last. Every week has a clear goal and a defined output, so there are no wasted days and no ambiguity about where you are.
Week 1 - Discover
We map your workflows, understand the friction points and bottlenecks, and select the highest value problem to build around. By the end of the week, the problem is defined, the workflow is mapped and the shape of the solution is clear.
Week 2 - Define
We map the integrations, choose the architecture and technology and plan the build. What systems do we talk to, what data do we need, what does the user flow look like. By the end of the week there's a clear blueprint for the product.
Week 3 - Build
We develop the product, connect the systems and iterate alongside your team. AI agents, automation pipelines, user flows and data integrations all come together into a working product that runs the process end to end.
Week 4 - Validate
We test with real users and real workflows, iterate on feedback and measure the impact. Then we ship it. You finish the sprint with a working product that's delivering value from day one and a clear line of sight to what comes next.

The sprint team
Automation opportunities often sit between departments. The 20 Day AI Sprint brings together operational experts, technologists and decision-makers to surface the most valuable use cases quickly. Your Kyan sprint team includes:
Facilitator
Guides the sprint process, keeping the team focused, aligned and moving forward. Ensures the right conversations happen at the right time and that progress doesn't stall.
AI Strategist
Identifies the most valuable automation opportunities and defines the roadmap for scaling. Ensures the work is grounded in business reality, not just technical possibility.
Automation Architect
Designs the AI and automation architecture. Makes sure the product integrates cleanly with your existing systems and is built to scale when you choose to take it further.
AI Engineer
Builds the agents, workflows and integrations. Turns the blueprint into a working product you can run and test against real business processes.
Kind Words
The sprint helped us quickly identify a high-value automation opportunity we hadn't previously considered. Within weeks we were able to see how AI could transform a key operational workflow.
