The Wow Company's annual reports—BenchPress and BenchMark—are the UK’s largest surveys of independent agency owners, helping businesses up and down the country get a broad view of growth rates, confidence, challenges, profit, remuneration and staff changes. It's also an opportunity for agencies to name their peers, showing adoration and respect to those who are setting a great example in their field.
It's always a pleasant surprise to find ourselves named in a BenchPress category, and this year we're thrilled to be amongst four other agencies recognised as a "Most Admired" agency for Culture. This comes as a welcome nod during a period that's reminded us all how important it is to agency life.
